Regular physical exams and professional consultation about wellness concerns in all life stages are important to maintaining lifelong personal wellness. 307Health members will be able to easily partner with their doctor and tap into his or her medical knowledge and resources to meet their personal wellness and preventive care goals.
ILLNESS CARE
No one likes to be sick, but when you are you want to see your doctor sooner rather than later. 307Health members will be able to easily talk with their doctor about any illness concerns in a way that best fits their circumstances and needs – by a visit to the clinic or by phone, email, text or teleconference.
CHRONIC CONDITION MANAGEMENT
Chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, congestive heart failure and rheumatoid arthritis – to name a few – can be overwhelming and scary to manage alone. 307Health members will have the personal support and resources of their doctor to turn to whenever they need that extra medical support and care.
SOME LAB AND TESTING SERVICES
Many lab and testing services have become very accessible and easy-to-offer through a local clinic. 307Health will be offering some of the more common and simple services to its members on a complimentary or cost basis. Check with us to see if we offer a service you anticipate needing.
MONTHLY NEWSLETTER
Education is not just about acquiring new information, it is also about learning how to use the information already stored in our knowledge banks in better or more efficient ways. 307Health members will receive a monthly newsletter to help them acquire new information – or better use the information they already have – to get well and stay well.
